OMG! I have never had such OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me. She was not only helpful, but she is very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. She should remember me. Tell her it’s the lady who bought… a winter coat… unscented shampoo…Bitter Apple spray (which really works)… a Kong… Acana dry puppy food (which Zoe thinks is the best thing she’s ever tasted)… some fruitable snacks… and something to clean up any ‘accidents’. Please let her know how much I appreciated her assistance. I will be back!!! And if anyone asks me where to go… I will be sending them your way!
